The International School of Medicine as a structural division of IUK was built in 2003. It is also known as International Higher School Of Medicine. The primary foundation for the establishment of the school was a strategy of reforming the Kyrgyz education system and increasing the competitiveness of domestic universities, which resulted in the primary emphasis of ISM administration.

- Students will follow the policies of ATSMU University & Education Department of Kyrgyzstan.
- Pakistani Students will follow the Policy of the Pakistan Medical Commission PMC.
- Students will pay the health insurance fee by themselves if asked.
ADMISSION PROCESS IN IHSM
Fill out the application form with the required information available on the official website. International School Of Medicine will issue the admission letter after scanned document verification. The applicant should submit the original passport and other important documents with the required affidavits.

Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must finish 17 years of age to apply for MBBS course education.
- The applicants need to score an aggregate of 60% in higher secondary classes with physics, chemistry, and biology subjects.
- And other backward classes must score an aggregate of 60% in PCB subjects.
- Every candidate willing to do an MBBS course should clear the NEET examination
